Mr. Build B1 (Fire Rated Foam Upto 240min)

Quick setting single component polyurethane foam with fire retardant properties. It meets the extremely stringent requirements of DIN 4102 Part 1 for Construction Materials; Class B1 where fire ratings up to 240 minutes are achievable. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5 to +30oC, ideally 20oC. (Tested according to BS 476 part 22)

Mr. Build B2 (Fire Rated Foam Upto 120min)

Single component, moisture-curing and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam sealant. It meets the extremely stringent requirements of DIN 4102 Pat 1 for construction material: class B2.Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5 to +30°C, ideally 20°C.Itis designed for easy dispensing through the straw gun included with each can. It has afire rating of up to 120 minutes in certain configurations. (Tested according to BS 476 part 22)

Mr. Build B3

Single component,moisture-curing and self-expanding aerosol polyurethane foam. It is designed for easy dispensing through the straw gun included with each can. It does not contain any harmful gases like CFC and HCFC which damage the ozone layer. 300% - Triple Expanding Foam. Excellent adhesion & filling capacity plus high thermal & acoustical insulation. Resistant to water absorption. Cured foam dries rigid and can be trimmed, shaped and sanded.
